Job Description
St. Louis Anchor Action Network is a coalition of institutions and companies working with community partners on inclusive hiring, purchasing, and investment in a focus geography of St. Louis communities that face racial, economic, and spatial inequities. We are looking for a dynamic team member that has passion for the work of the St. Louis Anchor Action Network. The Network Program Manager will work closely with the St. Louis Anchor Action Network Director to support the day to day functions of the Network including supporting the organization's monthly committee and work group meetings, communications, and follow up with community engagement partners and member institutions.
The Network Program Manager will have outstanding organization and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the Network. The Program Manager will have integrity, transparency, trust, active listening, authenticity, self-awareness, and drive.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support the planning and organizing of the Network committees, working groups, community engagement and events
- Implement Network programs and initiatives
- Will support new members with their onboarding to the Network.
- Manage Network communications with St. Louis Anchor Action Network Director
- Support data updates for businesses located within the focus geography in the Network tools
- Perform other duties as assigned
40 hours a week, One year offer
Salary
Pay commensurate with education and experience.
Hiring Range: $22.00 to $25.00 Hourly
Grade: 009
Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with one to five years' experience in areas such as community organizing and engagement, inclusive economic development, evidence-based community programming, workforce and business development, public policy, and/or human resources and procurement including inclusive local hiring and purchasing.
