Hotel Guest Services Representative
Hotel guest services representatives are the first line of customer service and requires an outstanding ability to relate to all of our guests and be personable with a very positive attitude. Must be computer literate and able to function within a Windows based proprietary program. Prefer high school graduate or GED. We will provide training that includes computer based training guided through all the required knowledge bases and training on hotel operations. Good leadership skills needed to ensure other members of the hotel team are guided since there will be times when management staff may not be immediately available and the guest services representative must make decisions concerning operational requirements. We have many advancement opportunities within our hotel operations and make every effort to hire from within. We are hiring for all shifts which include 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We provide competitive wages and benefits, including vacation and health insurance.
