We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in design and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design efforts across various healthcare-related projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visuals. This role will also be client facing, pitching mockups, ideas, and helping brainstorm new concepts and slogans. This role will also involve managing one Graphic Designer, collaborating closely with the Marketing Director, and contributing to strategic marketing initiatives. Must be comfortable with working in a fast paced environment with high volume tickets and quick turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Leadership: Oversee the entire design process from concept to execution for all projects, including digital, print, and multimedia materials tailored to the healthcare industry.
  • Brand Management: Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the organization's message and values.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, handling multiple rounds of revisions while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Work closely with the strategy team for feedback, progress, and status updates.
  • Team Collaboration: Exhibit a "Can-do" attitude while working with the Marketing Director, marketing team, and clients to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the Graphic Designer, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Innovation: Stay current with design trends, particularly in healthcare, and incorporate best practices into your work. Consistently bring new ideas to the table-whether it's through slogans, visuals, marketing tactics, technologies, or AI. Present mockups, renderings, and mood boards during the concepting phase- ability to think outside the box!
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Present design concepts and strategies to both internal and external stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance final outputs.
  • Administrative Management: Handle tasks such as QR code creation, managing Trello board tickets, attending team meetings, preparing weekly agendas and notes, updating reports and client presentations, and creating social and event graphics.
  • Tool & Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics and layouts.
  • Quality Assurance: Review all design materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards relevant to the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience, with healthcare and marketing experience being a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
    • Proficiency in video and animation
    • Experience in cartoon/caricature design
    • Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and regulations
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior designers
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design work, including video, is required.
