This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: to manage, lead and implement long to midterm quality management plan for laboratories to ensure the delivery of compliant products to customers? If so, this is the role for you.
As Quality Control Direct Manager, you will manage the lab to ensure that all aspects of the manufacturing of products are performed in a controlled manner to meet commitments of international regulatory bodies as well as requirements of good manufacturing practices.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following
- Set the strategy for the lab and execute on an annual basis to ensure the area meets compliance standards.
- Develop the staff through the development of effective team managers so they can grow and deliver.
- Embed new ways or working in the new product introduction area.
- Manage the area to maintain the highest quality standards needed by the company and the multiple regulatory bodies to meet compliance guidelines.
- Lead and coach continuous improvements across safety, quality service and cost saving steps to change and gradual improvements per quarter.
- Manage budgets, headcount, capital and consumables for approximately 15-25 staff be the face of the lab to the value stream directors for all aspects of supply.
- Manage audits across safety and quality.
- Liaise with multiple departments across site mainly production.
