International Admissions Coordinator

Baylor University in Waco, Texas is seeking applications for International Admissions Coordinator.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Communications or related field
• 12 months experience in International Admissions
• One year of working knowledge of working with international students, and one year experience in international admissions

What Will You Will Be Doing:

• Manage daily correspondence, telephone follow-up, e-mails, and inquiries.
• Counsel prospective students, parents, and high school/college staff as needed.
• Manage social media, and increase the exposure of the university in the international markets. Available to work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Assist the international admissions team in completing enrollment plans/goals as needed.
• Coordinate virtual high school fairs, events, virtual appointments for students.
• Manage student ambassadors group.
• Conduct international travel with high school visits, college fairs and enrollment management programing overseas based on the needs of the team
• Coordinate Online/Virtual Recruitment, Webinars, Agent Trainings, partnership applications processing and email correspondence
